童贯——北宋末年对外政策的思想者与执行者

摘要

Tong Guan＇ diplomatic thought impact profoundly on the foreign policy by late Northern Song Dynasty.Tong Guan is not only the executor of foreign policy,but also is the thinker of foreign policy at the Huizong period.Tong Guan has the thought of the exploiting the boundary of state strongly;he has the thought of Sung associated Jin to perish Liao,has the idea of peaceful reunification the Yan-yun,and ransom the lost field by the money.These ideas all became the real foreign policy of Sung,and the policy was implemented by himself.These foreign ideas of Tong Guan was seriously divorced from reality,break the diplomatic balance lasting the hundreds years between Sung and Liao,accelerate the process of Jin attacking the Northern Sung,eventually led to the demise of the Northern Song Dynasty.%童贯的对外思想深刻影响了北宋末年的对外决策,因此童贯不仅是徽宗时期对外决策的执行者,更是对外政策的思想者。童贯有着强烈的开疆拓土的思想：他＂联金灭辽＂的思想、和平统一燕云、输财赎地等思想都变成了现实的对外政策,并且由他本人具体执行。童贯的这些对外思想,严重脱离实际,打破了北宋与辽多年的总体外交平衡格局,加速了金进攻北宋的进程,最终导致了北宋王朝的灭亡。
