试论干部教育机构培训理念的确立——以中国井冈山干部学院党性教育为例

The training idea is the spirit core and characteristic of a educational training centers for cadres. And it is the establishment basis of course offered, content of courses, teaching method, construction of teaching faculty, management mechanism and organizational culture. Jinggangshan Cadre College has designed the course offered, content, teaching method and management mode to fit the training idea with the characteristics of itself.%培训理念是干部教育培训机构的灵魂,也是培训特色的集中体现,对培训机构的教学内容、课程设置、教学方法、师资建设、管理机制和组织文化都具有指导作用。中国井冈山干部学院提出了具有本院特色的培训理念,并按照这一理念确立培训目标,设计开发教学模块和相应的课程,选择培训内容、教学方法、管理方式。
