基于问题导向的《地方政府》课程实践教学环节的设计与探析

         

摘要

The main motive of local government course to promotethe practice of teaching, on the one hand is from the local government areas of fruitful theoretical results with the inevitable requirement of the diverse practice of reform, on the other handis from the reality of the plight of the government management courses to carry out practice teaching. This paper outlines several problems and errors existing in the practice teaching of local government course, mainly as follows. "a contradiction" is objective existence; "two types of demand" still need to be linked up; "the three perspectives" are pending discrimination. And this paper argues that the instructors should be problem--oriented to design and advance the course of practice teaching. Relying on the course modules to design research topic~ putting research topics as the core and organizing the practice~ buiding the evaluation system by knowledge and action.%《地方政府》课程推进实践教学的主要动因,一方面源于地方政府领域丰硕理论成果与多样化改革实践的必然要求,另一方面则源于政府管理类课程开展实践教学的现实困境。本文概括了《地方政府》课程实践教学中存在的若干问题与误区,主要表现为:“一对矛盾”客观存在;“两种需求”尚需衔接;“三种观点”有待辨析,并认为应以问题为导向设计与推进该课程的实践教学年主要包括:目标驱动、问题导向,依托课程模块创设研究课题;解构问题、条分缕析,以课题为核心组织实践环节;体验为本、注重过程,构建知行合一的考评体系。
