摘要

Innovation of social management is deepening at all levels of the society and guiding our current work. Based on the actualities of procuratorial work, this article discusses innovations of social management and procuratorial work against the background of ＂Risk Society＂ in terms of the three aspects of fact verification work, case procedure work and self-construction work of procuratorial organs.%社会管理创新正深入社会各个层面,成为当前工作的指导。文章根据检察工作的实际,从案件事实认定工作、案件程序工作和检察机关自身建设工作三个方面探讨＂风险社会＂背景下社会管理创新与检察工作创新。
