近年来我国对黑恶势力违法犯罪的打击与惩治研究

Mob crime is a special kind of crime, which brings more harm to the society. In recent years, along with the nationwide two campaigns for crime crackdown, how to deeply and systematically govern social evil forces become an important part in testing and enhancing the Party and nation’s ability in social governance. There are many reasons that make it dififcult to root out this kind of crime. Therefore, it’s necessary to implement comprehensive measures in social governance.%黑恶势力犯罪是具有特定内涵的社会危害性较大的特殊类型犯罪。近年来，随着全国范围内两次打黑除恶专项斗争的深入开展，如何系统深入地治理社会黑恶势力，成为考验和提升党和国家社会治理能力的重要内容。该类犯罪难以根治的社会原因是多方面的，其社会治理也应该坚持综合治理、多措并举的原则。
