随着社会主义市场经济良好发展,进一步奠定了全民参与志愿服务的经济基础,但是志愿服务在迅速发展的同时,还存在很多问题,尤其是志愿服务的常态化。本调查研究着眼点在于不同社区志愿服务发展与经济发展水平及服务需求之间的关系,采用调查研究方法,针对社区志愿服务发展中所遇到的问题进行系统分析,寻找对策以推动常态化社区志愿服务进一步发展。%With the development of socialist market economy, a good economic foundation of all the people involving in volunteer services is established. Meanwhile, volunteer is developing rapidly, and there are many problems through it, especially normalization of volunteer services. The focus of this investigation is the relations caused by different economic and needs of volunteer service in urban community. Measurements of the adoption of this investigation are literature review, questionnaire and interview, which is focusing on dealing with the problem of community volunteer service through theory and examples of system analysis to find the best of the response options, and effectively solve the problems in real-world development of urban community volunteer service.
