新常态应用型金融专业人才培养机制建设探析--基于北京城市学院金融专业个案分析

摘要

Based on the new definition of the Financial Application Talents,this article illustrates the important education value of training the financial application talents from the aspect of development demand in the new normal and human beings.Meanwhile,in light of actual condition of our own major,such as training objective,training mode and training conditions and so on.Several suggestions of enhancing education quality on financial application talents training have been made,in order to let the talents meet the needs of social developments in the new normal.Firstly,the paper puts forward the definition of Applied Financial Talents.Secondly,this paper studies and analyses the proposal of improving the quality of Applied Financial Talents personnel training in mechanism construction view.%本文在“应用型金融专业人才”重新界定的基础上，从经济新常态发展需要及人的全面发展需要等方面，阐述了应用型金融专业人才培养具有的重要教育价值。同时，从本专业实际情况出发，从培养目标、培养方式、培养条件等方面，提出提高应用型金融专业人才培养质量机制建设的若干建议，以保证新常态下培养的应用型金融专业人才能更好地适应社会发展的需要。
