市场导向的专业学位硕士就业素质培养策略研究报告--以北京城市学院社会工作专业为例

摘要

随着我校研究生规模的不断扩大，学位点的不断增加，研究专业学位硕士毕业生的就业素质和就业质量有着重要的现实意义和启示作用，既能指导现实工作，又能为我校后续研究生人才培养、课程设置、科研实践、管理服务等提供借鉴。通过问卷调查的方法，一方面介绍我校研究生的就业现状，得出研究生的主要就业素质构成和特点，另一方面从用人单位视角出发，分析其用工素质需求，通过二者之间的对比，提出我校专业学位硕士就业素质培养的策略与建议。%With the increasing enrollment of the graduates and the increasing number of degree programs of BCU,the study on professional master's employment quality and the quality of employment has an important practical and enlightening significance.It cannot only guide the practical work,but provide experience for the follow-up study on graduate cultivation,curriculum design,scientific research,and management etc.. Through a questionnaire survey,the study,on the one hand,introduces BCU graduate employment status quo and summarizes the main employment qualities and their characteristics;the study,on the other hand, from the perspective of the employer,analyzes their requirements on talent quality and puts forward strate-gies and suggestions on BCU professional master's employment quality cultivation through the comparison be-tween the main employment qualities of BCU graduates and the employer's requirements on the employee's quality.
