CDl51在肝门部胆管癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤进展和预后的关系

摘要

Objective To examine the correlations of CDl51 expression with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of hilar cholangicocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the CD151 expressions in the 38 specimens of hilar cholangicocarcinoma and 11 specimens of benign bile duct tissues,and the correlations of CDl51 expression with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of hilar cholangicocarcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CD151 in the hilar cholangicocarcinoma was higher than that in the benign bile duct tissues. The expression of CD151 was related with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and progno-sis of hilar cholangicocarcinoma( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion High expression of CD151 is observed in the hilar cholangicocarcinoma,and detection of CD151 may be the factor to predict tumor progression and prognosis of hilar cholangicocarcinoma.%目的探讨CD151在肝门部胆管癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测38例肝门部胆管癌、11例胆管炎病变组织标本中CDl51的表达，并分析其与肝门部胆管癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 CDl51在肝门部胆管癌组织中的表达高于胆管炎组织。肝门部胆管癌组织中CDl51的表达与其淋巴结转移、TNM分期和生存状况密切相关（ P<0.05）。结论 CD151在肝门部胆管癌组织中存在高表达，且其表达随疾病进展而升高，CD151的高表达也预示着肝门部胆管癌较差的预后，CD151的检测可用于肝门部胆管癌的预后评估和治疗指导。
