内镜下黏膜切除术在结直肠息肉治疗中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)in the treatment of colorectal polyposis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with colorectal polyposis received the EMR treatment,and the effect and safety were analyzed. Results Of all the 78 patients with colorectal polyposis,105 polyposis were resec-ted,no bleeding and fenestration was found,no relapse was found in the 3 months of following up. Conclusion EMR is effect in the treatment of colorectal polyposis,the complication is low.%目的：探讨内镜下黏膜切除术（EMR）在结直肠息肉治疗中的临床应用。方法78例结直肠息肉患者均接受 EMR 治疗，并分析该方法的效果及安全性。结果全组78例结直肠息肉患者共切除105枚息肉，术中无出血及穿孔，术后3个月内无复发。结论 EMR 治疗结直肠息肉效果肯定，并发症少，值得临床广泛应用。
