替吉奥联合奥沙利铂同步放疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌

摘要

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of S-1 plus oxaliplatin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Forty-five elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer received the S-1 plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Results Of the 45 patients,CR was observed in the 12 patients,PR in the 24 patients,NR in the 9 patients,the response rate was 80. 00% . The 1- year survival rate was 80. 00% ,the 2- year survival rate was 57. 78% . The main toxicities were leucopenia and esophagitis,no treatment related death was observed. Conclusion S-1 plus oxaliplatin combined with radiotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.%目的：探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂同步放疗治疗老年局部晚期食管癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法45例非手术的局部晚期食管癌患者接受替吉奥+奥沙利铂方案化疗和放疗。结果全组45例患者中，CR 12例，PR 24例，NR 9例，有效率为80.00%。1 a 生存率为80.00%，2 a 生存率为57.78%。主要毒副反应为白细胞减少、放射性食管炎，全组无治疗相关死亡发生。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂同步放疗可提高老年局部晚期食管癌的疗效和延长其生存期，且毒副反应可耐受。
