免疫组织化学在肺小细胞癌诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of small cell lung carci-noma(SCLC). Methods The protein expressions of TTF1,NapsinA,CK5/6,P63,CD56,Syn,CgA,CD45 and Ki67 in the 72 cases of percutaneous lung biopsy of bronchoscopic biopsy specimens suspected as SCLC were exam-ined by immunohistological method,and the pathological characteristics and immunophenotype were analyzed. Re-sults Artificial pressure could be observed in most of SCLC;Of the 72 patients suspected as SCLC,65 patients were small cell lung carcinoma,5 patients poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 2 patients atypical car-cinoid. Conclusion Immunohistochemistry is a great role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SCLC.%目的：目的探讨免疫组织化学在肺小细胞癌（ SCLC）诊断中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对肺肿瘤穿刺和支气管镜活检标本疑似SCLC的72例标本检测TTF1、NapsinA、CK5／6、P63、CD56、Syn、CgA、CD45、Ki67的蛋白表达，分析SCLC的病理形态特征与免疫表型。结果 SCLC易出现“人工挤压现象”；结合免疫组织化学染色结果，72例疑似SCLC者最后诊断为SCLC 65例，低分化鳞癌5例，非典型类癌2例。结论免疫组织化学在SCLC的诊断与鉴别诊断中具有十分重要的作用。
