乳腺癌组织中 Wnt5a 蛋白的表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系

摘要

Objective To detect the expression of Wnt5a in the breast carcinoma,and to analyze the association with clinicopathological parameters of breast carcinoma,and to discuss the relationship between Wnt5a and its effect in the development process of protein in the breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the Wnt5a protein expressions in the 80 patients with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues and the corresponding paraneoplastic tissues. Results The Wnt5a protein positive expression rates in the breast carci-noma and the paraneoplastic tissues were 33. 8%(27 / 80)and 63. 8%(51 / 80),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);Wnt5a protein expression in the breast carcinoma was associated with lymph node metasta-sis and TNM stages(P < 0. 05);Wnt5a protein expression in the breast carcinoma was positively related with ER and PR expression(rs = 0. 294,0. 316;P < 0. 05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of Wnt5a protein in the breast carcinoma play an important role in the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma,and has the potential to be early diagnosis and prognostic indicators in the breast carcinoma and new treatment targets.%目的：观察 Wnt5a 蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况，并分析其与乳腺癌相关临床病理参数的关系，初步探讨 Wnt5a 蛋白在人乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化 S-P 法检测80例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及相应癌旁组织中 Wnt5a 蛋白的表达。结果 Wnt5a 蛋白在乳腺癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.8%（27/80）和63.8%（51/80），差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；乳腺癌组织中 Wnt5a 蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM 分期有关（P <0.05）；与 ER 和 PR 的表达呈正相关（rs =0.294、0.316，P <0.05）。结论乳腺癌组织中 Wnt5a 蛋白的表达减少，提示其在乳腺癌发生、发展中发挥重要作用，有可能成为乳腺癌早期诊断和预后判断的指标及治疗的新靶点。
