提高高校教师参与学校管理实效的路径选择

     

摘要

为了解高校教师参与学校管理的现状,对广东省5所高校教师进行调研,发现教师参与的内容比较广泛,途径比较多,范围不断拓展,学校对参与情况有反馈,但也存在与教师的期望有距离、学术组织发挥的作用不够等问题。为此,需要完善教师参与的规章制度,确保教师参与的规范化;搭建多元化参与平台,畅通教师参与的渠道;完善教师参与的长效机制。%In order to find out the status quo on school management involved by teachers in universities and colleges, survey has been conducted on the five colleges and universities in Guangdong. The findings revealed that the content involved by teachers was wide, the approaches were numerous and the range had seen continuous expansion. The universities and colleges offered feedback on participation by teachers. But problems also existed, such as failure in meeting the teachers ’expectation and insufficient function as displayed by academic organizations. Given this, it is necessary to improve the rules and regulations involved by teachers to make sure the teachers’participation is standard. Besides, we need to establish diversified platform of participation, to make sure the channel for participation by teachers is smooth and to improve the long-term mechanism involved by teachers.
