火炮内膛全景图像窥测技术研究

         

摘要

In order to detect gun-bore flaws, the gun-bore spying equipment based on hemisphere panoramic annular lens(PAL)was developed,and the gun-bore panoramic image was collected. The paraboloid perspective projection deploying-model containing aberrant parameters was proposed according to the imaging feature of PAL. The best aberrant parameters of the labeled image were obtained by adopting genetic algorithm, and its results were used for gun-bore panoramic image. The adaptive interpolation method was applied to interpolating the pixels value of the image and resuming the pixels value of annular image. The experiments demonstrate that this equipment has good distinguish ability,and the deployed image isharp and detailed for afteranalysis. The equipment has higher practicability.%为了检测火炮内膛疵病,开发了基于半球全景成像技术的火炮内膛窥测装置,采集内膛全景图像;根据全景环形透镜的成像特点,基于抛物面透视投影原理,建立含有畸变参量的全景环形图像展开模型;应用遗传算法求取标定试验图像的最佳畸变参量,将其结果实用于火炮内膛图像的展开;采用自适应插值法对其像素值插值,恢复环形图像的像素值.实践表明,该窥测装置具有良好的分辨率,展开图像清晰、逼真,便于后继分析处理,具有很高的实用性.
