固体燃料冲压发动机燃速预示模型及其特性

         

摘要

为准确预示固体燃料冲压发动机的燃速,建立了固体燃料冲压发动机燃速预示模型,编写了预示程序.对以PE、PMAA为燃料的固体燃料冲压发动机进行了34次计算,计算结果表明:在所涉及的工况范围内,燃速随来流空气总温、质量流率以及药柱通道直径、入口直径的变化规律与已有实验结论相同;计算误差的最大值为14.4%,平均值为5.87%;该模型能够准确预示固体燃料冲压发动机中燃速;工作过程中,装药内腔体积随时间呈线性变化;给定的工况下,燃速正比于装药长度的-0.21次方.%In order to predict the propellant regression rate of solid fuel ramjet (SFRJ ), the prediction model was developed,and the prediction program was compiled. Aiming at SFRJ fueled by PE and PMAA,34 calculations were carried out. The results show that under the operation conditions of calculation,the trend of regression rate changing with the total temperature or mass flow-rate of air, fuel port diameter or inlet diameter is the same as existing literatures; the maximum and average value of errors are 14. 4% and 5. 87% respectively. The model can predict propellant regression rate of SFRJ accurately. During working time, the instantaneous port volume of propellant changes linearly with time. Under given operation condition, the propellant regression rate is proportional to the power of -0. 21 of propellant length.
