高校知识型员工激励策略研究

Colleges are the focus of intellectual staff. It is an important content to take effective inspiration countermeasure to college staff. This paper first defines intellectual staff, then analyzes college intellectual staff and their conditions, at last it gives some suggestions to improve al staff inspiration system. the characteristics of the college intellectu%高校是知识型员工最为集中的地方，对高校知识型员工采取有效的激励也是高校管理的重要内容。本文首先对高校知识型员工进行了界定，然后分析了高校知识型员工的特征，以及高校知识型员工激励的现状，最后给出了完善高校知识型员工激励机制的对策建议。
