当代大学生创业问题探析

摘要

目前,大学生就业形势依然严峻,就业问题已经成为全社会的突出问题。解决这一问题,除了社会和国家通过发展经济,增加就业岗位外,就是要更新大学生的就业观念和择业理念,实现他们由被动就业转为自主创业。但是如何引导、评价大学生创业,如何对大学生创业进行必要的培训和教育,是社会和大学必须做的重要工作。%Nowadays the situation of job market is grave for graduates,and unemployment of graduates is a striking social problem.Although developing economy can supply more job opportunities,it is preferred that graduates should have new notion of carving out a career rather than being an employee,renewing their concept of having an traditionally ideal job.it is social and universities’ duty to encourage and guide undergraduates building their business.If graduates are inspired to pioneer an enterprise and are convinced of its profit,they will obey social laws and rules while they convert their impulse into work wisdom,assuming corresponding social obligation..
