中国传统翻译理论的佛学渊源

摘要

In the shaping and evolving process of Chinese traditional translation theories ,Buddhism acts as an active player . Chinese traditional translation theories are deeply affected by traditional philosophy and aesthetics ,in which Buddhism ,as a reli‐gion and philosophy ,plays an important part .Though Buddhism was initially brought in from India ,it underwent great changes and turns into a classical part of Chinese culture through ages .On the foundation of enormous translation practices ,related trans‐lation theories finally emerged and gradually grew mature ,with its forms ,contents and translation thoughts nourished in Bud‐dhism.%佛学本是“异质”的外来户，历经时代的变迁而成为“本土”的璀璨瑰宝。作为一门宗教，其宗旨与传教需求极大地推动了中国传统翻译活动的发展；作为一门哲学，其思维逻辑与表现形式对翻译的表达与翻译标准的评定亦产生了不小的影响。在佛经翻译中，传统译论逐渐孕育并发展成熟，它从形式、内容、思维逻辑等多方面吸收了佛学理念的滋养。
