政府干预下的风险投资作用机制探析--兼议我国政府干预风险投资的策略

摘要

风险投资对推动科技创新、经济增长和增加就业具有重要作用，各国政府都大力支持风险投资的发展。本文从风险投资市场供需关系的角度分析认为对高科技企业的支持是政府干预风险投资的重点。通过政府干预下的风险投资作用机制，引导社会资源的流向、补充市场失灵的残缺，并在此基础上结合我国的现实问题，构建政府促进风险投资发展的模式。%Venture Capital plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation ,econom-ic growth and increasing employment.Governments have strongly supported the development of venture capital . This article from the perspective of venture capital market supply and demand analyzes that supporting high -tech enterprises is the key point of government intervention in venture capital .Through venture capital mecha-nism of government intervention,guiding the flow of social resources,complement incomplete market failures, and on this basis,combining with our country realistic problems ,the risk investment mode supported by the governments can be built up.
