18 elements in salmon roe were analyzed in this paper. The sample was treated with microwave di-gestion technique,and the elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS) . The experimental conditions of digestion and the parameter of detemination were optimized in this paper. The results showed that the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was all higher than 0. 999 0,the re-covery rates were within 90 . 1% ~108 . 1% with the relative standard deviation of 1 . 54% ~7 . 57% for all the analyzed elements. 18 elements in salmon roe can be simultaneously determined by ICP-MS,and the method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive.%采用微波消解法处理样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法( ICP-MS)对大马哈鱼籽中的18种矿物元素进行分析测定.对样品的消化方法进行了考查,优化了仪器的工作参数.结果表明,所测元素校准方程的相关系数均大于0.9990,回收率范围为90.1%~108.1%,相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.57%.该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于海产品中18种矿物元素的同时测定.
