对深化高校后勤改革的思考

As an indispensable part of the work of colleges and universities , the logistics of colleges and universi-ties is a basic , proactive and guarantee job to ensure the smooth progress of the teaching , scientific research in colleges and universities , as it directly affects the smooth implementation of each work in the school .Under the new situation of comprehensively deepening the reforms , it has become an urgent and hard task for us logistics workers to explore how the university logistics work , guided by the spirit of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, actively copes with the new situation , new problems in logistics reform , promotes concept innovation , management innovation , mechanism innovation so as to advance a comprehensive , a coordinated and sustainable development of logistics work in colleges and universities .%高校后勤工作是高校工作不可缺少的重要组成部分，是保证高校教学、科研顺利进行，满足师生员工生活基本需求的一项基础性、先行性、保障性的工作，它直接影响到学校各项工作的顺利实施。在全面深化改革的新形势下，高校后勤工作如何以党的十八大精神为指导，积极应对后勤改革中出现的新情况、新问题，着力推进观念创新、管理创新、机制创新，促进高校后勤工作全面、协调、可持续发展，是摆在我们后勤工作者面前的一项紧迫而艰巨的工作，值得深入探讨。
