浅谈高职院校辅导员在班级文化建设中的作用——以滁州城市职业学院为例

摘要

中职学校升格为高职院校后，班主任转变为辅导员，这不仅指身份的改变，更多的是辅导员工作的对象、内容都发生了巨大的变化，辅导员必须适应这一变化，要通过加强班级文化建设，在班风建设、学风建设、班级舆论的培养、班级良好人际关系营造以及班级活动开展等方面下大功夫，以不断增强学校德育工作的实效性，提高学生职业素质和社会适应能力。%After Upgrading of vocational schools for higher vocational colleges , the class teacher becomes into the counselor. This refers not only to the change of identity, counselees work object, and also the content has un- dergone tremendous changes . Counselors must adapt to this change, by strengthening the construction of class culture in the construction of the class atmosphere, style of study, the cultivation of public opinion, a good inter- personal relationships and class activities to make great efforts to continuously enhance the school moral education effectiveness , and enhance students＇ professional quality and social adaptability.
