PURPOSE: A free crossing system construction method for a city is provided to enable running vehicles to freely turn in the east, west, south, and north directions. CONSTITUTION: A free crossing system construction method for a city comprises the steps of: excavating four center lanes of 3mm for an intersection, laying a water sump in the bottom of the excavated well and connecting an automatic pump, forming east and west slope ways at an angle below 10 degrees, paving asphalt and constructing underground lanes, laying supports for construction of south and north ground lanes above the underground lanes, forming bridge posts and a bridge on the supports, and setting bridge post and bridge prevention protrusions.
