能力导向的市场营销本科人才实践培养模式探讨

         

摘要

With China's sustained economic development, businesses are proposing a higher demand, to practical abilities of the marketing majors. This paper first analyzes the problems in the practice training models in current college marketing specialty, and then puts forward an ability parts, namely, to reform the teaching plan and highlight the approaches to encourage students to practice actively; to stre -oriented practice training model. It includes four practice training section; to reform the assessment ngthen the construction of staff and improve the teachers' practical abilities; to strengthen the construction of the rate the students' practical abilities. double - abihty teaching training bases and culti-%随着我国经济的持续发展,企业对市场营销毕业生的实践能力提出了更高的要求。通过分析当前普通高校市场营销专业实践培养模式存在的问题,提出能力导向的市场营销人才实践培养模式,即改革教学计划,突出实践性教学;改革考核方式,鼓励学生积极实践;通过“双能型”师资队伍建设,锻炼教师的实践能力;加大实践实训基地建设,培养学生实践能力。
