我国新型城镇化与文化产业发展的耦合协调度评价研究

摘要

新型城镇化是我国全面建成小康社会的重要战略路径.新型城镇化以人为核心,强调特色与产业支撑.文化产业是实现新型城镇化的重要渠道,而新型城镇化也为文化产业发展奠定了坚实基础,二者耦合关系显著.通过筛选指标,构建了新型城镇化与文化产业发展的耦合协调度模型,测算了2015年度我国31个省市新型城镇化与文化产业发展的耦合协调水平.研究发现:我国新型城镇化与文化产业耦合协调度整体偏低,不同省市和不同区域的两个系统耦合协调程度差异明显,表现出由沿海地区向内陆地区递减的特征.%The new urbanization is an important strategic path to build a well-off society in our country. The new urbanization is human-coriented,emphasizing the special features and industry support.Cultural industry is the important channel to realize the new urbanization,w hich consititutes a solid foundation for development of cultural industries.The coupling relationship is obvious.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between new urbanization and cultural industry and using the coupling model,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination.By using the cross-sectional data of 28 provinces and cities,the paper evaluates the coupling coordination degrees of the two systems in different cities and provinces in China.T he results show that the coupling coordination degrees are low.The difference of coupling degree between different cities and different regions is obvious,and there exists a decline tendency from the coastal regions to the inland areas.
