In this paper, the application of rough sets theory to algebra system-semigroup is discussed. The concepts of rough semigroup, rough ideal, rough homomorphism of rough semigroup and rough quotient semigroup are introduced. Properties which are related to these concepts are given and proved. Thus the rough sets theory in semigroups are completed and perfected.%首先运用分步法证明了D-算子型线性中立型泛函微分方程的解在R内是存在的,然后讨论了其解的连续性和可微性,得到了D算子型线性中立型泛函微分方程的解在R内是连续的,但有可能是处处不可微的.
