The study analyzed the current situation of 21 communities' sports facilities construction and resident participating in physical fitness,through literature,investigation,interviews,statistical analysis and other research methods.The result shows:Wuhan community sports has been developing rapidly in recent years,and its level of development has been greatly improved,but rome problems still exist.In order to improve community sports service quality and service level,the issue group considered the situation of city community development,learnt from mature experience in community sports development at home and abroad and put forward six modules city community sports public service system based on service-oriented government perspective:regulations service system,multi-service model,management service system,publicity and guidance service system,financial security service system and service performance evaluation system.%运用文献研究、调查研究、个别访谈和统计分析等多种研究方法对武汉市21个社区体育设施建设与管理、社区居民参与体育健身现状进行调研.结果表明:武汉市社区体育近十年得到了迅速发展,发展水平得到了大幅度提高,但是依然存在若干问题.为了提高社区体育服务质量和服务水平,课题组根据城市社区发展实际情况,借鉴国内外社区体育发展成熟经验,构建服务型政府视角下城市社区体育公共服务体系六大模块:政策法规服务系统、多元化服务模式、综合管理服务系统、宣传与指导服务系统、经费保障服务系统、服务绩效评价系统.
