不同花色云南野生凤仙花花瓣中金属元素测定

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of metallic elements on the coloration of wild Impatiens.[Method]The content of metal ions in the petals of six wild Impatiens was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and its effect on anthocyanins was analyzed.[Result]The content of metal ions in different color petals was different, and the contents of Na, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cu, Mg and Pb were higher in Impatiens corchorifolia Franch, the content of K was the highest in the Impatiens clavigervar. Auriculata S.H. Huang. The contents of K, Na, Ca and Mg elements in Impatiens cyanantha Hook.f of blue and purple flowers were higher. The contents of Zn, Mn and Cu were higher in Impatiens uliginosa Franch. Pb and Fe were higher in Impatiens delavayi Franch.[Conclusion]The results provide basic data for the analysis of the mechanism of different petals.%[目的]探究金属元素对野生凤仙花成色的影响.[方法]用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定6种野生凤仙花花瓣中金属离子的含量, 并分析其对于花色苷的影响.[结果]不同颜色的凤仙花花瓣中金属离子含量差异较大, 黄色系花中黄麻叶凤仙花花瓣Na、Fe、Ca、Mn、Cu、Mg和Pb含量较高;K元素在耳叶棒凤仙花中含量较高.蓝紫色系花中蓝花凤仙花花瓣K、Na、Ca和Mg 4种元素含量较高;Zn、Mn和Cu 3种元素在滇水金凤中的含量较高;耳叶凤仙花中的Pb、Fe元素含量较高.[结论]该研究结果为不同凤仙花成色机理分析提供基础数据.
