The status and characteristics of agricultural land circulation of Sichuan were introduced from 9 aspects of daily magnification of land circulation scale, the diversity of circulation forms,the changes of circulation motivation,the diversification of circulation subject and management items, daily marketization of circulation process, rapid increase of circulation benefits, regional difference of circulation degree, the diversification of circulation channels and daily rationalization of circulation limits. Six main models of agricultural land circulation of Sichuan were discussed, including land subcontract, lease management, exchange management, land share cooperation, transfer management and farming replacement and cultivation replacement. At last,some suggestions on quickening the agricultural land circulation of Sichuan were put forward.%从土地流转规模日趋扩大化、流转形式多样化、流转动机发生变化、流转主体及经营项目多元化、流转过程日趋市场化、流转收益增长快速化、流转程度呈现地区差异、流转渠道多样化、流转期限日趋合理化9方面介绍了四川农用地流转的现状和特点,探讨了四川省农用土地流转的土地转包、租赁经营、互换经营、土地股份合作、转让经营、代耕代种6种主要模式,提出了加快四川农用土地流转的建议.
