基于RP-HPLC法的金花茶叶中槲皮素含量测定

摘要

[Objective] Content determinationMethods of the Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tayama. leaf were determined. [Method] Quercetin contents in medicinal materials were determined by RP - HPLC. [Result] The standard curve of the quercetin was linear in the range of 3.0 -16.7 μg/ml (r=0.999 4) ,and the average recovery ratio was 98.27% , RSD = 1. 18%. [Conclusion] TheMethodis simple and reliable, which can be used to control the quality of Camellia chrysantha( Hu)Tuyama.%[目的]建立金花茶叶中槲皮素含量的测定方法.[方法]采用RP-HPLC法测定药材中槲皮素含量.[结果]在3.0～16.7μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为98.27%,RSD=1.18%.[结论]所用方法简便、准确,可用于金花茶药材的质量控制.
