龟纹瓢虫对玉米黄呆蓟马成虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应

     

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to discuss the predatory functional response and catching effect of Propylea japonica to Anaphothrips obscurus. [Method] The predatory functional response and catching effect of P. japonica adult and its 2nd instar to A. obscurus were studied by laboratory experiment. [Result] The predatory functional response of P. japonica fitted Holling-Ⅱequation. The predation amount of P. japonica adult and its 2nd instar to A. obscurus adult was increased with the increment of pray density and the catching effect was decreased with the increment of pray density. Under the same pray density, the predation amount of P. japonica adult was more than that of its 2nd instar. Under the same A. obscurus density, the catching effect of P. japonica adult was higher than that of its 2nd instar. The upper predation of P. japonica adult and its 2nd instar to A. obscurus adult were 73.5 heads and 16.2 heads, resp. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for field control of P. japonic to A. obscurus.%[目的] 探讨龟纹瓢虫对玉米黄呆蓟马成虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应.[方法] 通过室内试验研究龟纹瓢虫成虫、二龄幼虫对玉米黄呆蓟马的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应.[结果] 龟纹瓢虫的捕食功能反应符合Holling II型方程.龟纹瓢虫成虫、二龄幼虫对玉米黄呆蓟马成虫的捕食量随着猎物密度的增加而增加,搜寻效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低.在相同猎物密度下,龟纹瓢虫成虫的捕食量大于二龄幼虫.在相同玉米黄呆蓟马密度下,龟纹瓢虫成虫的搜寻效应高于二龄幼虫.龟纹瓢虫成虫、二龄幼虫对玉米黄呆蓟马成虫的捕食上限分别为73.5头和16.2头.[结论] 该研究为龟纹瓢虫对玉米黄呆蓟马的田间控制奠定了基础.
