在介绍三峡库区消落带形成的基础上,分析了其存在的问题及解决对策,并阐述了三峡库区消落带的可持续发展利用途径.%Based on introducing the formation of the fluctuating belt in the Three Gorges Reservoir, the existing problems and solving countermeasures were analyzed.And the sustainable development and utilization approaches of the fluctuating belt in the Three Gorges Reservoir were expounded.
