正交试验法优选海带多糖的最佳提取工艺

摘要

[Objective]The aim was to study the optimum extraction technology of laminarin from Laminaria japomica Aresch. [Method]pH value , extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time were selected as influence factors, and orthogonal L9 ( 34 ) test design adopted to optimize the extraction technology with the extraction rate of laminarin as evaluation value. [Result]The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:pH value 2,extraction temperature 70 ℃ ,solid-liquid ratio 50:1,extraction time 2 h. [Conclusion]The study lays a foundation for development and researching on pharmacological action of L. Japomica Aresch.%[目的]研究海带多糖的最佳提取工艺.[方法]选取浸提液的pH、浸提温度、固液比和浸提时间为影响因素,以多糖得率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验对海带多糖的提取工艺进行优化.[结果]最佳提取条件为pH 2,浸提温度70℃,固液比50:1,浸提时间2h.[结论]该研究可为海带的开发和药理作用研究奠定基础.
