忍冬不同器官中绿原酸的提取及含量测定

         

摘要

[Objective] To extract the chlorogenic acid in different organs of Lonicera japonica Thunb. And then determine its content. [ Method] Chlorogenic acid in the vine,leaves,flowers and buds of "Giant Flower One" honeysuckles was extracted by acid ethanol method,and then determined by HPLC. [Result] The content of chlorogenic acid was different in different organs of honeysuckles,it was higher in flowers and buds,while lower in vines and flowers; which was shown as flowers (3.798 mg/g) > buds (3.795 mg/g) > vines (2.558 mg/g) > leaves (2. 185 mg/g). [Conclusion] The veins and leaves of Lonicera japonka Thunb. Could be used as the materials for developing medical resources.%[目的]提取忍冬不同器官中的绿原酸并进行含量测定.[方法]采用酸乙醇回流法对“巨花一号”忍冬的藤、叶、花和花蕾中绿原酸进行提取,并采用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸进行检测和含量测定.[结果]忍冬不同器官中绿原酸的含量不同,其中花和花蕾中绿原酸的含量较高,藤和叶中含量较少;其排序为:花(3.798 mg/g)>花蕾(3.795 mg/g)>藤(2.558 mg/g)>叶(2.185 mg/g).[结论]从忍冬药材资源开发利用的角度而言,藤和叶也可以作为绿原酸提取和综合利用的材料.
