我国西部地区农村劳动力转移就业模式研究

摘要

对我国西部地区农村劳动力转移就业的现状进行了研究,并在研究的基础上提出适合西部地区农村劳动力转移就业的3种模式:就地务农就业模式、小城镇非农异地就业模式和长距离非农异地就业模式.%The current situation of the employment transfer of rural labor force in western regions of China was studied. Based on the study, three patterns for it were put forward, namely, local agriculture employment pattern, small-town non-agriculture employment pattern and longdistance non-agriculture off-site employment patterns.
