不同生长调节剂对黄瓜穴盘育苗秧苗质量的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of daminozide( B9) , paclobutrazol (PPP333) and cycocel( CCC) quality of cucumber seedlings by plug seedling. [ Method] There were 12 treatment groups and 1 control group in the test. B, concentration was 50, 100, 500, 1 000 mg/L respectively, PPP333 concentration was 5, 10, 30, 50 mg/L respectively, CCC concentration was 20, 50, 80, 100 mg/L respec tively. The growth regulators were sprayed at the first and the second central leaf appearing, namely about 10 and 15 days after seedling emer gence. The plant height, stem diameter, maximum leaf area, dry and fresh weight of overground part and underground part, root volume, chlorophyll content and electrical conductivity of each treatments cucumber were investigated at 3 leaves and 1 central leaf. [ Result] The re sults showed that B,, PPP333 and CCC could all control the excessive growth of the seedlings effectively, promoted root development, improved the physiological function of leaves and the healthy seedling index, while different growth regulators had different suitable concentration and us age time. The usage time of B, and PPP333 were really strict. Delaying or advancing could both affect seedlings quality. Thereinto, B, was suit able for using at about 10 days after seedling emergence and the optimal concentration was 500 mg/L, while the PPP333 was suitable for using at 15 days after seedling emergence and the optimal concentration was 10 -30 mg/L, and the best concentration was 20 mg/L. The usage time of CCC was not that strict, it could be used at 10 - 15 days after seedling emergence, and the optimal concentration was 500 mg/L. [ Conclu sion] The study confirms the optimal concentration and usage time of B,, PPP333 and CCC in cucumber plug seedling, provides a theoretical and practical basis for industrial growing seedling of cucumber.%[目的]研究比久(B9)、多效唑(PPP333)和矮壮素(CCC)对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L)穴盘育苗时黄瓜秧苗质量的影响.[方法]试验设12个处理组及1个对照组,B9浓度分别为50、100、500、1 000 mg/L,PPP333浓度分别为5、10、30、50 mg/L,CCC浓度分别为20、50、80、100 mg/L.生长调节剂使用时间分别为第1、2真叶显露时,即出苗后10、15 d左右.在黄瓜3叶1心时调查每个处理的株高、茎粗、最大叶面积、地上部干鲜重、地下部干鲜重、根系体积、叶绿素含量及电导率.[结果]在该试验条件下,B9、CCC和PP333都可以解决黄瓜穴盘育苗中的徒长问题,促进根系的发育,提高叶片的生理功能,提高壮苗指数,但不同生长调节剂使用的适宜时期和适宜浓度不同.B9和PP333使用时间比较严格,推迟或提早都会影响黄瓜秧苗质量;B9适宜在黄瓜出苗后10 d左右使用,浓度以500 mg/L为宜;PPP333适宜在黄瓜出苗后15 d左右使用,浓度以10 ~ 30 mg/L为宜,以20 mg/L为最佳.而CCC的使用时间要求不严格,在出苗后10~15 d使用均可以,浓度以80 mg/L为宜.[结论]该研究确定了黄瓜穴盘育苗时B9、PPP333和CCC的最适浓度及使用时间,可以为黄瓜工厂化育苗提供理论和实践依据.
