超声波辅助提取花生衣中的白藜芦醇

     

摘要

[ Objective ] To study the extraction rate of resveratrol from peanut skin using ultrasonic method with alcohol as extracting solvent.[ Method] The technology of extracting resveratrol from peanut skin was carried out using ultrasonic methods with alcohol as extracting solvent in this paper. The extraction processes of resveratrol were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. [ Result ] The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of peanut skin to alcohol volume was 15:1. The alcohol concentration was 60%. And resveratrol was treated 60 min with 150 W ultrasonic at room temperature. The average extraction content of resveratrol was 0. 299%. In addition, the results showed that alcohol volume and ethanol concentration were chief factors influencing the extraction of the resveratrol. [ Conclusion] The results indicated that the ultrasonic method is simple, quick and can be used for the extraction of the resveratrol from peanut skin.%[目的]以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取的方法提取花生衣中白藜芦醇.[方法]以白藜芦醇的提取率为考察指标,研究花生衣中白藜芦醇提取的优化工艺.[结果]正交试验表明,花生衣中白藜芦醇的适宜提取条件:常温条件下料液比为15:1、乙醇浓度为60%、超声处理时间为60 min、超声功率为150 W,白藜芦醇的平均提取率是0.299%.料液比和乙醇浓度是影响白藜芦醇提取率的显著因素.[结论]该工艺简单快捷,可用于花生衣中白藜芦醇的提取.
