蚯蚓活动对农田土壤脲酶活性变化的影响

摘要

[目的]在试验土壤中进行蚯蚓接种,跟踪测定蚯蚓-土壤交互作用下土壤脲酶活性.[方法]选择2种生活习性不同的毛利环毛蚓和赤子爱胜蚓,在试验土壤中进行接种.[结果]经蚯蚓接种后,土壤脲酶活性发生较大的变化,毛利环毛蚓对土壤脲酶活性的影响比赤子爱胜蚓明显.经组合接种后,土壤脉酶活性增加比较明显.[结论]产生这种差异的原因可能是与蚯蚓生活习性和接种蚯蚓后土壤微生物类群发生变化有关.%[Objective]The soil urease aetivities were studied under the earthworm-soil interactions by tracking experiment.[Method] Two kinds of different life habit earthworm Pherdtima califonica and Eisenia foetida were introduced in experimental soil.[Result ]The change of u-rease activity was more remarkable caused by Pheretima califonica than that by Eisenia foetiea.After combination with different quantity earth-worm introduced in soil,the increase of soil urease activity was quite remarkable.[Conclusion]The reason concerned the difference might be with the parthworm life habit and the number of microbial population in soil introduced by earthworm.
