青海独一味种子萌发条件优化

     

摘要

[ Objective] To optimize the seed germinating conditions for Lam iophlamis rotata (Benth) Kudo from Qinghai Province. [ Method ] The seed treating methods,temperature and illumination conditions were employed to design the orthogonal test,and the data were analyzed by intuitive analysis and variance analysis. [ Result ] Effect of temperature and seed treating methods on seed germination of Lam iophlamis rotata (Benth) Kudo both were highly significant. The influencing order of each factor on the germination rate and germination potential of Lam iophlamis rotata (Benth) Kudo seed were determined to be treating method of seed > temperature > illumination condition and temperature > seed treatment > illumination condition,individually. The optimal germination condition for seed of Lam iophlamis rotata ( Benth ) Kudo was A1 B1 C2.That was to say,the seed treated with 50 mg/L GA for 24 h and cultivated in dark at 25 ℃ was highest in germination rate and germination potential. [Conclusion] The germination rate of Lam iophlamis rotata (Benth) Kudo seed could be improved greatly under favorable temperature and pretreatment.%[目的]优化青海独一味[Lam iophlamis rotara(Benth)Kudo]种子的萌发条件.[方法]选择种子处理方式、温度、光照条件作为考察因素,采用正交试验对独一味种子的萌发条件进行优化,并对其结果进行直观分析和方差分析.[结果]温度、种子处理方式对独一味种子发芽率和发芽势均有极显著影响,影响独一味种子发芽率的因素影响顺序为:种子处理方式>温度>光照;影响种子发芽势的顺序为:温度>种子预处理>光照.独一味种子萌发条件的最佳水平组合是A<,1>B<,1>C<,2>,即种子用50 mg/L GA浸润24 h,在25℃下黑暗培养,种子的发芽率和发芽势最好.[结论]适当的温度和预处理可大大提高独一味种子发芽率.
