锡林河湿地土壤呼吸日变化及温度响应特征研究

     

摘要

[ Objective] The soil respiration was an important link of the carbon cycle in ecosystem,which was the important index or community carbon expenditure status. [Method] Soil respiration rate was measured,which changed during a day in non-growing season and growing season between three different communities in Xilin River Wetland. Atmospheric and soil temperature were measure at the same time. [Result] There was a index variation between community soil respiration intensity and temperature in Xilin River Wetland. There was a very high correlation between soil respiration intensity and temperature (R2 =0.92) ,but in different temperature range this correlation had difference. The soil respiration showed a single peak diurnal variation in Xilin River Wetland. There were significant differences in respiration intensity between non-growing and growing season. Respiration intensity in growing season was about 5 - 10 times in non-growing season. [ Conclusion ] Different communities had significant different soil respiration. Soil respiration was existed in non-growing season,and had similar character with growing season.%[目的]了解土壤呼吸的特征和影响土壤呼吸的因素有助于理清碳循环过程,进而对生态系统响应全球变化结果做出预测.[方法]监测了内蒙古锡林河湿地3个群落生长季和非生长季土壤呼吸速率的日动态变化,同时对大气和土壤的温度变化进行测量.[结果]锡林河湿地群落土壤呼吸强度与温度呈指数变化.土壤呼吸强度与温度具有极高的相关性(R<'2>=0.92),但在不同的温度范围内其相关性存在差异.锡林河湿地群落土壤呼吸日变化呈单峰曲线.生长季和非生长季土壤呼吸的强度存在巨大差异.生长季呼吸强度是非生长季呼吸强度的5~10倍.[结论]该研究证明湿地群落非生长季土壤呼吸的存在,并且其特征与生长季存在相似.
