Through questionnaire, satisfaction appraisal of tourism interpretation was obtained in Cuihuashan National Geopark in Xi'an, and the results showed that: tourists' evaluation of interpretation system is bad; tour guide and visitors service center are evaluated worst, and evaluation on the advice signs, prints and audio-visual products and guideposts are poor. The reasons are: guide quality is low, interpretation content is not scientific; sign is scarce and placed unreasonably; species of the products of print and video is less, less practical and not exquisite; and information service and convenient services provided by scenic tourist centre is less etc. Finally some suggestions were proposed to perfect tourist interpretation of Cuihuashan National Geopark.%通过问卷调查方式获得游客对西安翠华山旅游解说的满意度评价,结果表明:游客对解说系统评价不好;评价最差的有导游讲解和游客中心,较差的有忠告牌、印刷品、音像品和指路牌.究其原因主要有:导游素质低,讲解内容科学性不强;标识牌数量少,设置不合理;印刷品和音像品种类少、实用性盖,且设计不精美;景区的游客中心提供的信息服务与便利服务少等.最后提出了翠华山景区旅游解说完善的建议.
