[目的] 监测广西茅尾海2种养殖牡蛎重金属含量,评价其食用安全程度和养殖环境质量.[方法]以微波消解法消解样品,联合使用等离子体质谱仪和等离子体发射光谱仪测定广西茅尾海的有明巨牡蛎(Crassostrea ariakensis)和香港巨牡蛎(C.hongkongensis)的Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg、As、Se和Pb共8种重金属的含量.使用5类评价标准并结合采用单项质量指数法和综合质量指数法进行评价.[结果]茅尾海2种牡蛎重金属污染严重,食用价值受到严重威胁.[结论]当前无公害海水养殖用水水质评估和海洋生物质量评估标准有待修订.%[ Objective ] To evaluate the food safety and the water environment of two cultivated oysters in Maowei gulf in Guangxi Province, by detecting the heavy metals of each. [ Method ] The total concentrations of Cr, Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cu, Zn, and Cd in Crassostrea ariakensis and C. hongkongensis were determined using the ICP-MS or the ICP-AES associate with the microwave digestion method. Evaluation were performed by using 5 standards with the aid of single and comprehensive index methods. [ Result ] The two cultivated oysters suffered from such serious heavy metal pollution that their food safety far broke through the critical limits. [Conclusion] The current standards will need to be revised for the assessment of harmless-food seaculture water and marine organism quality.
