[目的]对琼胶分离菌Cellvibrio sp.BR的发酵条件及酶学性质进行研究.[方法]通过对琼胶分离菌Cellvibrio sp.BR发酵条件的优化,筛选该产酶菌株的最佳发酵条件,并对其酶学性质进行初步研究.[结果]该菌株产琼胶酶的最佳发酵条件为:在25℃、起始pH7.0的条件下培养36 h;该酶作用的最适pH为7.O~8.0,最适温度为35℃,最适底物质量分数为1.1%;该酶具有明显的底物特异性.[结论]为琼胶酶的进一步工业化生产提供了理论依据.%[ Objective ] The aim was to study the fermentation conditions of agar degradation bacteria Celhibrio sp. BR and the enzymatic properties of its agarase. [Method] The optimal fermentation conditions of Celhibrio sp. BR were screened by the optimization of its enzyme production conditions, and then the enzymatic properties of agarase were studied. [Result] The optimal fermentation conditions of Celhibrio sp. BR were that incubated bacteria for 36 h at 25 ℃ and pH 7. 0. The optimal temperature, pH and agar substrate concentration for the agarase were 35 ℃ , 7.0-8.0 and 1. 1% , respectively. And the agarase had significant substrate specificity. [Conclusion] It provided theoretical basis for the further industrial production of agarase.
