[目的]探讨不同抗生素对矮牵牛叶片再生的影响.[方法]以开花前顶部新展开的矮牵牛叶片为外植体,接种于添加不同抗生素(卡那霉素、头孢唑林钠和潮霉素)的基本培养基MS+ 2.0μg/ml BA+ 0.2 μg/ml NAA上,研究不同抗生素对叶片再生的影响.[结果]20 mg/L卡那霉素、5 mg/L潮霉素可明显抑制矮牵牛叶片愈伤组织的形成和不定芽分化,而头孢唑林钠在400 mg/L以上时才会对不定芽分化产生不良影响.[结论]为建立矮牵牛的遗传转化体系提供了试验参考.%[Objective] To discuss effects of different antibiotics on regeneration of Pelunie hybrida leaf. [ Method] With new blade of Petunie hybrida before blossoming as explant, inoculated on the basic culture medium MS +2.0 (xg/ml BA +0.2 jig/ml NAA added with different antibiotics (kanamycin, cefazolin sodium and hygromycin) , the effects of different antibiotics on leaf regeneration were studied. [Result] 20 mg/L kanamycin, 5 mg/L hygromycin could obviously inhibit leaf callus formation and adventitious bud differentiation, while above 400 mg/L, cefazolin sodium could produce harmful effects. [Conclusion] The study will provide reference for establishing genetic transformation system for Petunie hybrida.
