PURPOSE: A RAST system is provided to sharply reduce an amount of cells and drugs which are necessary for a doping test and obtain a doping test result within 2 hours by rapidly tracking the difference in growth of a single cell.;CONSTITUTION: A biological activity test structure is equipped with a solid film which is manufactured by gelling liquid medium containing hardening agents. The biological activity test structure comprises: a light-transmissive body portion; at least one micro well which is formed in the light-transmissive body portion; and the thin solid film which is equipped in the micro well and fixes biological material. The biological activity test structure is combinable with multi-well plates.
