盐胁迫对鸢尾种子萌发的影响

     

摘要

[ Objective] In order to study the Iris tectorum seed under salt stress conditions of ger mination conditions. [ Method] Different concentrations of NaC1 solution were used to soak Iris tectorum seed at 25 X. ± 1 T for the ger mination test, then ger mination percentage, ger mi-nation potential and ger mination index were deter mined. [Result] The results showed Iris tectorum was salt sensitive plants, salt stress forced 1-ris tectorum seed ger mination percentage, ger mination potential, ger mination index significantly to reduce, and with the increase of salt concentration, the inhibition enhanced. When the salt concentration was 2 g/L, it significantly delayed ger mination time; when the salt concentration was 10 g/L, ger mination rate only reached 19.23% , and under high concentrations the ger mination quality was poor. [Conclusion] The study provides a powerful and theoretical basis for application of Iris tectorum in a large scale.%[目的]考察鸢尾(Iris tectorum)种子在盐胁迫状态下的发芽情况.[方法]用5个不同浓度NaCl溶液浸泡鸢尾种子,在25℃±1℃环境下进行盐胁迫发芽试验,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标.[结果]鸢尾是盐敏性植物,盐胁迫使鸢尾种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数明显降低,而且随着盐溶液浓度的增加,抑制作用增强.当盐浓度大于2 g/L时,明显延迟种子发芽时间;在盐浓度为10g/L时,发芽率仅能达19.23%,且高浓度下的发芽质量较差.[结论]该研究可为鸢尾植物的广泛应用提供有力的理论依据.
