CIS模式下农业企业企业文化的构建

摘要

分析了CIS与企业文化之间的关系,结合农业企业文化建设现状,从MIS、BIS和VIS这3个方面研究了农业企业文化建设中存在的问题.在此基础上,根据农业企业的特点,提出了CIS模式下构建农业企业企业文化的对策建议.%The relationships between CIS and corporate culture were analyzed. According to the current construction conditions of agricultural enterprise culture, the construction problems were studied from the three perspectives of MIS, BIS and VIS. On this basis, some suggestions were proposed to construct the agricultural enterprise culture under the CIS model based on the characteristics of agricultural enterprises.
