广西山胶木树叶鲜、干品中挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

         

摘要

[目的]研究广西山胶木鲜、干品的挥发油的化学成分.[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,再用气相-质谱联用法( GC- MS)对挥发油成分进行分析.[结果]从鲜叶挥发油中鉴定出33种成分,占挥发油总峰面积的91.01%,主要成分是β-石竹烯(22.83%)、β-罗勒烯(7.19%)、植醇(6.90%)、β-蒎烯(6.79%)、α-蒎烯(5.97%)和石竹烯氧化物(5.95%)等;从干叶挥发油中鉴定出42种成分,占挥发油总峰面积的93.89%,主要成分为β-石竹烯(23.22%)、β-罗勒烯(7.78%)、二环大根香叶烯(7.24%)、α-石竹烯(5.89%)和α蒎烯(5.42%)等;两者共有成分有30种.[结论]该方法准确可靠,为山胶木的质量标准制定及进一步开发利用提供了科学依据.%[ Objective] To research the rhemiral constituents of essential oils from fresh and dry Litsea glutinosa(Lour. )C. B. Rob. [ Method] The essential oils in /- glulinosa wen- obtained by using steam distillation, and identified by GC-MS. [ Result] A total of 33 compounds were identified from the oils of fresh leaven, accounting for 91. 01% of the total oils. Among them, the main components were thirty-three compounds, β-caryophyllene(22.83% ) , Β-.OCIMene.-( 7. 19% ) , phytol(6. 90% ) , p-pincnc(6. 79% ) . α-pinene(S. 97% ), caryophyllene oxide(5.95% ) and so on. A total of 42 compounds were identified from the oils of dry leaves, representing 93. 89% of the total oils. They were mainly the β-caryophyllcne (23. 22% ), β- ocimene (7.78% ), bicyclogermarrene (7.24% ), α-caryophyllene (5.89% ), a- pinene (5.42% ) and so on. Chemical composition analysis of the essential oils showed that there were only 30 common compounds in two kinds of essential oils. [ Conclusion] This method was accurate ami reliable, which could provide scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard, and the further development ami utilization of L. gluiinosa.
