铜绿微囊藻荧光对HgCl2生物毒性响应规律的研究

             

摘要

[目的]研究铜绿微囊藻荧光对HgCl2生物毒性响应规律.[方法]以铜绿微囊藻为材料,以铜绿微囊藻在其最佳发射和发射波长处的荧光强度为测量指标,初步探讨了不同质量浓度的HgCl2对铜绿微囊藻荧光强度值的影响.[结果]不同浓度的HgCl2对铜绿微囊藻有不同的影响,低浓度(0.002 ~0.004 mg/L)的HgCl2对铜绿微囊藻的光合作用有促进作用,表现为藻液的荧光值变小;0.010 ~0.400mg/L的HgCl2对铜绿微囊藻的光合作用有抑制作用,表现为藻液荧光值变大,且随着HgCl2浓度增高这种抑制作用也随之变大.可见HgCl2对铜绿微囊藻的荧光变化效果呈显著的浓度-毒性正相关关系(R2=0.963 5).[结论]该研究为快速测定水质毒性提供新的理论依据.%[Objective] The research aimed to study response rule of Af. aerugirwsa fluorescence on the biological toxicity of HgCl2. [Method] M. aeruginosa as material, fluorescence intensity at its best launch and emission wavelength as measured indicator, influence of the HgCl2 at different mass concentrations on M. aeruginosa fluorescence intensity was discussed initially. [Result] HgCl2 at different mass concentrations had different influences on M. aeruginosa. Low concentration (0. 002 - 0. 004 mg/L) of HgCl2 could promote photosynthesis of M. aeruginosa. It showed as fluorescence value of the algae liquid becoming smaller. 0. 010 - 0. 400 mg/L of HgCl2 inhibited photosynthesis of M. aeruginosa. It showed as fluorescence value of the algae liquid becoming bigger. Moreover, inhibition effect increased as HgCl2 concentration rose, showing a positive correlation between HgCl2 concentration and toxicity (R2 =0.963 5). [Conclusion] The research provided new theoretical basis for quickly measuring water toxicity.
